Alycia is a BCBA with an LBA. She has 7 years of experience in the field of ABA and 10 years of experience working with individuals ages 18 months – 20 years with varying diagnoses. Alycia has an immense desire to teach families their rights in services and education, empowering them to feel confident in advocating for their children and their family. She is highly devoted to increasing valuable staff training, family support, self-advocacy, and creating an environment of inclusivity and celebration of one another. In addition, her passion for education has led her to her current role as a Ph.D. student and aligns with her desire to better herself daily as a mom, wife, student, and professional. Alycia is a wife and a mom to a highly active, rambunctious two-year-old. She strives to live fiercely every day – to teach her son that this precious life goes by too fast and that we are here to share our desires and passions, live unapologetically as our authentic selves, laugh until our bellies hurt, and love deeply.
