K-Now Behavioral Solutions understands that social skills are essential life skills. Social skills are key in building friendships, understanding social constructs, being part of a team, and being a productive member of the community. Individuals with Autism and related diagnosis may not have the opportunity to rehearse or engage in appropriate social skills, consistently and in a safe environment. At K-Now we create that environment with a 1:2 learner to clinician ratio and utilize behavior skills training to model appropriate social skills. This allows the learner to rehearse these skills, and receive feedback based on their performance. Our social skills groups are currently held remotely for school-age and adults. We believe a safe and fun environment is key to success!
